The young people of our parish work hard during the year in preparation for the Festival. From our smallest children to our young adults you will delight in their talent in dancing various traditional Greek folk dances. Our groups include The Olympians, Apollonia and Byzantio, and Ta Mikra and Ta Megala Pethakia.
You, too, may join the dancers following the show to learn to dance Greek to the music of “A Night in Athens”!
Parents are asked to keep children away from the front of the stage during the show as dancers get very close to the edge of the stage. Also, please watch your children if they are on stage at any time in the interest of safety.
Enjoy yourselves and clap your hands and say YASSOU! and OPA! to the sound of the bouzouki and the dancing of our youth!
Be sure to stick around for the Saturday night Greek dance party, 8-10 pm, featuring DJ GLO.
